Malware Spybot won't remove

My computer is suffering a typical malware attack with popups everywhere, unwanted web pages opening and terrible performance. On running a full scan many items were detected and some cleaned but Spybot reports an inability to remove the items and I still have the problem. I have emailed the log file to you.

Did you elevate Administrator permissions? How can I get administrator rights under Windows Vista / Windows 7 / Windows 8?

Please see the FAQ which includes guidelines for this forum in post #1 and instructions in post #2 on how to provide the preliminary DDS and aswMBR logs used for analysis.

Then start a new topic providing the logs, a volunteer analyst will advise when available.
