Malware!

Can somebody help me? For security reason I used Spysweeper as a second program and it detected a file that is a malware. Is this file safe to delete or not? Also how can I delete it if I suspect it was resinding in my memory, registry or worse in my rootkit. I need second opinion on this! Here's the report!
