The following instructions have been created to help you to get rid of "Fraud.AntiSpywarePro" manually.
Use this guide at your own risk; software should usually be better suited to remove malware, since it is able to look deeper.

Description:
Fraud.AntiSpywarePro is a rogue antispyware application. Once installed it connects without user consent to a remote site and creates an autorun entry in order to be started on every windows start up. It detects some false threats and urges the user to purchase a license if he wants to fix them.​
Removal Instructions:

Autorun:

Please use Spybot-S&D, RunAlyzer or msconfig.exe to remove the following autorun entries.
  • Entries named "AntiSpyware Pro" and pointing to "?<$PROGRAMFILES>\AntiSpyware Pro\AntiSpyware Pro.exe*".
Installed Software List:

You can try to uninstall products with the names listed below; for items identified by other properties or to avoid malware getting active again on uninstallation, use Spybot-S&D or RunAlyzer to locate and get rid of these entries.
  • Products that have a key or property named "AntiSpyware Pro".
Files:

Please use Windows Explorer or another file manager of your choice to locate and delete these files.
  • The file at "<$APPDATA>\AntiSpyware Pro\conf.xml".
  • The file at "<$APPDATA>\AntiSpyware Pro\Sites.black".
  • The file at "<$COMMONPROGRAMS>\AntiSpyware Pro\Uninstall AntiSpyware Pro.lnk".
  • The file at "<$COMMONSTARTUP>\.security".
  • The file at "<$FIXEDDRIVES>\.security".
  • The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\AntiSpyware Pro\AntiSpyware Pro.db".
  • The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\AntiSpyware Pro\AntiSpyware Pro.exe".
  • The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\AntiSpyware Pro\AntiSpywarePro.pkg".
  • The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\AntiSpyware Pro\ASProSB.dll".
  • The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\AntiSpyware Pro\ASpyProPUBlk.dll".
  • The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\AntiSpyware Pro\BlankActiveX.ocx".
  • The file at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\AntiSpyware Pro\prg.info".
  • The file at "<$STARTUP>\.security".
  • The file at "<$SYSDIR>\drivers\etc\.security".
  • The file at "<$WINDIR>\.security".
Make sure you set your file manager to display hidden and system files. If Fraud.AntiSpywarePro uses rootkit technologies, use our RootAlyzer or our Total Commander anti-rootkit plugins.
You will have to use a global search for files without a name specified. Be extra careful, because just the name might not be enough to identify files!

Important: There are more files that cannot be safely described in simple words. Please use Spybot-S&D to remove them.

Folders:

Please use Windows Explorer or another file manager of your choice to locate and delete these folders.
  • The directory at "<$APPDATA>\AntiSpyware Pro\logs".
  • The directory at "<$APPDATA>\AntiSpyware Pro\startup".
  • The directory at "<$APPDATA>\AntiSpyware Pro".
  • The directory at "<$COMMONPROGRAMS>\AntiSpyware Pro".
  • The directory at "<$PROGRAMFILES>\AntiSpyware Pro".
Make sure you set your file manager to display hidden and system files. If Fraud.AntiSpywarePro uses rootkit technologies, use our RootAlyzer or our Total Commander anti-rootkit plugins.
You will have to use a global search for files without a name specified. Be extra careful, because just the name might not be enough to identify folders!

Registry:

You can use regedit.exe (included in Windows) to locate and delete these registry entries.
  • Delete the registry key "{66B643BE-5E94-4569-B93E-CE2636848AC8}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\".
  • Delete the registry key "{66B643BE-5E94-4569-B93E-CE2636848AC8}" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Browser Helper Objects\".
  • Delete the registry key "AntiSpyware Pro" at "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\".
  • Delete the registry key "AntiSpyware Pro" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\".
If Fraud.AntiSpywarePro uses rootkit technologies, use our RegAlyzer, RootAlyzer or our Total Commander anti-rootkit plugins.
