The following instructions have been created to help you to get rid of "Fraud.PersonalAntiMalwareCenter" manually.
Use this guide at your own risk; software should usually be better suited to remove malware, since it is able to look deeper.

Description:
Fraud.PersonalAntiMalwareCenter claims to be an antispyware tool. When it is installed to the computer it finds a lot of harmless entries in order to frighten the user and make him buy a license to get the issue fixed.​
Removal Instructions:

Autorun:

Please use Spybot-S&D, RunAlyzer or msconfig.exe to remove the following autorun entries.
  • Entries named "<$LOCALSETTINGS>\Temp\delav2009.bat" and pointing to "<$LOCALSETTINGS>\Temp\delav2009.bat".
  • Entries named "<$LOCALSETTINGS>\Temp\delInstav2009.bat" and pointing to "<$LOCALSETTINGS>\Temp\delInstav2009.bat".
  • Entries named "<$LOCALSETTINGS>\Temp\delInstavp2009.bat" and pointing to "<$LOCALSETTINGS>\Temp\delInstavp2009.bat".
  • Entries named "<$LOCALSETTINGS>\Temp\delUpdav2009.bat" and pointing to "<$LOCALSETTINGS>\Temp\delUpdav2009.bat".
  • Entries named "<$WINDIR>\Temp\delInstav2009.bat" and pointing to "<$WINDIR>\Temp\delInstav2009.bat".

You will have to use a global search for files without a name specified. Be extra careful, because just the name might not be enough to identify files!

Important: There are more files that cannot be safely described in simple words. Please use Spybot-S&D to remove them.
