Microsoft.Windows.RedirectedHosts & Fraud.WindowsProtectionSuite Help

Hi,
I'm a very basic user but have a netbook that has been infected with Microsoft.Windows.RedirectedHosts & Fraud.WindowsProtectionSuite. I have run spybot but while it has detected them, it cannot remove them. Can anyone help me clean these from my pc?

Then start a new topic and a volunteer analyst will advise you when available.
