I have this infaction on my computer that riedirect my serches to unrelated sites, and it will not let me into secure sites, and I canot get rid of it, please help,

please I need help removing this virus, HELP !

BEING REDIRECTED BY THISVIRUS TO UNRELATED SITES,
CANOT GET IT REMOVED,
