Microsoft.Windows.RedirectedHosts removal

I am in need of help. I can not remove this malware called Microsoft.Windows.RedirectedHosts using Spybot S&D. When I attempt to fix these entries, I get an error message stating "Unexpected error in fixing problems (cannot create file "C:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts". Access is Denied). Can you help me?
