Missing files and cannot uninstall

I am trying to uninstall SpyBot and receive a message unins000.msg is missing. Am also receiving message SDTray.exe failed to start rtl150.bpl not found. Can I obtain these files and then uninstall and reinstall a new SpyBot.
 
If you install Spybot over the top of the one currently installed,it should replace the missing files:

If you currently have Spybot 2.1 or 2.2,you could just install Spybot 2.2.

If you have an older Spybot installed,like Spybot 2.0 installed,I'm not exactly sure how installing Spybot 2.2 over it would go,to be safe you might want to try installing Spybot 2.0 over the top of it,which should replace the files,then uninstalling and getting the newer one afterwards:

Thanks Zenobia. Problem solved.
 
The Spybot 2.3,unless you pointed it to the original Spybot Search & Destroy folder when installing,would likely have installed to a Spybot Search & Destroy 2 folder instead,so you may have two different versions of Spybot installed.
Can you let me know your operating system,so I can show you where to go to check on that?
And which versions of Spybot you would like to keep,if any,and which you would like to uninstall? :)
