Missing Functions after cleaning all threats

While rebooting system WinXP home Sp2 errors present stating command.exe were removed by administrator......System restored cmd32.exe functions Now which enable me to boot and go into windows. And my Task Manager also has been removed by " "...And my Computer name has been changed to "VIRUS ALERT!!" and my programs do not list in start menu..????? Any help please!

Consider posting in the Malware Removal forum and having someone take a look at your system.

If you decide to have an experienced malware removal specialist assist you, please follow the procedure in this link to run scans and produce a HijackThis log:--
Have you run a full scan with Spybot-Search&Destroy? Also, do you use a firewall? How about an anti-virus program?

Yes a full scan was completed logged in as administrator in safe mode w/networking. Selected to have all issues removed. spybotsd160
Windows firewall usedMy norton Anti virus has been diabled removed from my computer???? icons present but no functions.
