More than one registry monitor ?

Apologies (before I start) if this is the wrong forum for this, but my question is.......

Is there any point in running more that one program that catches/notifies of registry changes ??

I have "Winpatrol" which does just that - and a whole lot more; and I also have "Registry Mechanic", which has a real-time registry monitoring component. Will running the latter offer me more protection or will it just make life more difficult when they both detect the same things ??

Sorry - Spybot resident not Winpatrol.....

I think an apology is in order 'cos this IS Spybot related. However, I've started so I'll finish (as they say)......

It's not Winpatrol giving registry changes it's Spybot's resident process.
