More Virtumonde/Vundo issues

Hello and thanks in advance for any help.

I was reading this thread http://forums.spybot.info/showthread.php?t=28093 and folowed the directions given by ken545.

After VundoFix finished the scan, I clicked remove vundo. At this point my screen went blank, though the computer was still running. This worried me so I restarted the computer, of course Vundo was still there upon reboot. I then ran VundoFix again, and clicked remove files, and now the program has frozen and stopped responding. I am going to continue to follow the rest of the advice given by ken545 in the above post, and keep trying to get rid of Vundo. Is there something I might be doing wrong?

My OS is Windows Vista.

You'd probably be better off asking for help in malware removal,so there is someone to help you along if you run into troubles,rather than just following an archived post.

I see you posted in malware removal.Just be careful not to bury your post.

Posting additional comments or logs before a volunteer responds, can push you back instead of forward, because your thread ends up with a newer date. Also, helpers may think you are already being assisted because of the post count.
