Mouse moving on its own

My mouse keeps moving off - it kind of dissappears and then turns up somewhere I haven't put it. I also have windows/applications pop up when I haven't clicked on them. Could this be malware or someone remote accessing my machine? I have done spybot scan and Malwarebytes quick scan and they have come up clean. Thanks for your help
 
restarting on its own

My computer is acting really strange. It just restarted on its own while I was in the middle of something. There had been no warnings or anything. My mouse has also been moving on its own and other applications have popped up that I didn't request. Please can someone help. Thanks
