Mozilla Firefox Update Tracking immunizer always open about:welcome on start

Hi.

Based on following immunizer description:

Browser > Mozilla Firefox Update Tracking

when blocked (activated) it should not open after-update page, while when it is activated it's opening about:welcome tab on every Firefox run.
Quite annoying. Does it work properly?
Setting it to permit works as expected, which means Firefox opens my user definied home page instead Firefox welcome page (about:welcome).

Anti-Beacon 5.1.1 with latest Firefox 137.0.2 x64 on Windows 10 Pro x64

Here's the documentation of the setting it changes:
https://kb.mozillazine.org/Browser.startup.homepage_override.mstone
Protection is done by setting it to ignore, which we do:

The browser’s milestone (e.g., “rv:1.8.1.1”) from the last successful startup of the browser. If it differs from the browser’s actual milestone, it is assumed an upgrade has occurred, and the user is redirected to the homepage override URL. If its value is “ignore”, then the redirect does not occur and the preference is not updated.

Can you check your startup.homepage_override_url in about:config?

Regarding "browser.startup.homepage_override.mstone" when "Mozilla Firefox Update Tracking" is set to permit, it is set to Firefox version number:

When immunizer it is set to block it looks like unset and protected:

In such state about:welcome page is displayed on every Firefox start instead start page set in Firefox standard config.
