I went to this site to download a file for free, then they wanted a fee to activate, so I stopped the process. Now everytime I go online a window shows up with directions to activate. I deleted everything from them and it still shows up. They are considered a threat. What should I do? Thanks in advance

Your log is a few days old. If you still need help you can do this:

Please download DDS and save it to your desktop.
Double click dds.scr to run the tool. When done, DDS.txt will open.
Save both reports to your desktop.
Copy/paste both logs in your next reply.
