Multiple user accounts in XP

Does Spybot check all Windows XP user accounts when running a scan? I'm never sure if I need to carry out additional scans in each user account; what I have noticed, though, is that if I do, I almost always always get additional detections.

If you are running Spybot 1.6 from a computer administrator account, all user accounts should be checked.

What additional detections are you getting when you rescan from another account?
