My laptop will not start up[Missing/corrupt KR10I.sys]

My laptop will not start up!

When I start up it will take me to a screen:

"Window's could not start because the following file is missing:

system32\drivers\KR10I.sys"

When I boot up in safe mode, it does the same thing...


Please Help, I cannot afford a new harddrive or a new laptop...

What operating system is on the laptop, has it been infected and did you use any tools?
