My Spybot isn't removing some malware!

I've accidentaly dowloaded some files which have given me a series of malware. When I run Spyware it shows up with Kuasio.ka as a "Trojan" and RegistryHelper as "Malware. When I click "Fix Selected Problems" it says that "Some problems couln't be fixed; the reason could be that the associate files are still in use (in memory)", and then "0 Problems fixed. 2 Problems could not be fixed. You should have an administator scan and fix again!".
Also I think my McAfee virus protection has been disabled. It doesn't automatically run when I start the computer up and when when I try to load "McAfee Total Protection Service" it comes up with " Installation Error: 0x80070002

Also at the bottom right on the McAfee icon it says that "Automatic Virus Protection is currently disabled"

Please help on how to remove the malware and fix this problem.

I meant "When I run Spybot it shows up..."

Also now i am getting Resident Registry Change Denied messages flashin up. Spy bot is showing this report:23/05/2009 14:48:52 Allowed (based on authenticode whitelist) value "SpybotSD TeaTimer" (new data: "C:\Program Files\Spybot - Search & Destroy\TeaTimer.exe") added in System Startup user entry!
23/05/2009 17:46:56 Denied (based on user decision) value "ShStatEXE" (new data: ""C:\Program Files\McAfee\VirusScan Enterprise\SHSTAT.EXE" /STANDALONE") added in System Startup global entry!
23/05/2009 17:48:30 Denied (based on user decision) value "ShStatEXE" (new data: ""C:\Program Files\McAfee\VirusScan Enterprise\SHSTAT.EXE" /STANDALONE") added in System Startup global entry!l etc.

Any help is appreciated
