Nedd help removing Virtumonde amongst other things!!

Hi,
I have installed SpyBot Search and Destroy (and other software) and each time I try to remove problems many of them come back almost immediately.

I have already downloaded HJT to my desktop in preparation for diagnostics so welcome your guidance on removing this avalanche of Malware I am experiencing!
