Need assist for Win32.Delf.uv and Hupigon13 remove

Hy, I need help for remove Win32.Delf.uv and Hupigon13.
Running Windows XP pro on a Dell latitude D830.

Spybot SD indicates I have Win32.Delf.uv and Hupigon13.
When I delete them using Spybot, they reappear following Reboot .
