Need DelZip.dll download

Where can I find this file? I have just installed Spybot 1.5.1.15. I was unable to download the Updates, so I did it manually. Then I ran the scan. At its completion I clicked "Fix," but received an error message that file DelZip.dll did not load. Help. I have Win 98 SE. Thanks.

Help: Fix function not working

After I ran my first scan with Spybot ver. 1.5.1.15, and clicked "Fix," an error message said that the software could not open or find DelZip.dll. What do I do? I am running Win 98 SE.
