Need Help! Getting Pups, Internet Blocked, Some Admin Privilges Blocked

I've been checking around various sites to see if people have been having similar symptons and I've already ran • ATF Cleaner • SmitfraudFix • RogueRemover but when I try to run SuperAntiSpyware it tells me the admin has blocked me from installing.
