need help: registry changes

hi, new to search and destroy, ran my first scan, have pop ups that state: search & destroy detected an important registry entry that has been changed, gives a detail, then asks to either allow change or deny change- which option should i select? thanks!!

Hello,

If you have scanned and fixed items with Spybot you have to allow the registry change that the Resident TeaTimer is asking for.
Only then the items will be deleted completely.
