NEED HELP.. removing spyware quake taskbar stuff!!

can some one plllleeeeaaaassssseeeee help me remove this total annoyance from my task bar :( i m losing my mind!!! i ve done everything else but i cant figure out how to remove the pop up from my desk top!!! help please :sick:
 
all fixed!!!!!

i m no expert but i used that smitfraudFix thing, first did a check, then i put my comp in safe mode and ran the cleaner, it totaly did the trick removing all of that stupid program, my hats off to you Steam and to all other who created that wonder malware remover!!!!!!!!!!!
