need help... vtutq.dll

Hi, I´m having problems with this file: vtutq.dll...
The spybot can´t removeit beacuse its still in use by memory, and when i remove the entries of registry they apears again...
Can someone helpme?!

i don´t speak english very well, please use simple enlgish!

The machine may have a Vundo infection.

If you can find the file/s, please zip and send to: detections(AT)spybot.info (Replace AT with @) No problem if you cannot.

Then follow the procedure in this link: "BEFORE you POST"(READ this Procedure before Requesting Assistance) to produce a HJT log.
