Need Help!

Hi,

I ran Spybot - S&D in Safe Mode a few times on the infected laptop and "Click.GiftLoad" keeps cropping up as a problem. How do I permanently get rid of this file and is it the reason why I can't open my Microsoft Security Essentials as well?

Thank you so much in advance! Any help would be tremendously appreciated!
