Need License key

Hello, I just reloaded my OS on my PC. I re-downloaded spybot (for personal use) but it seems some things have changed:

1) when i bought S&D it was not free
2) i needed a license
3) there is no place to put a key, nor do i have the key, nor is there anyway to get the key
4) I need key to upgrade to NOT-free version
5) instructions how to:a) get key
b) install and get PAID for version

OK, thanks for the quick response Sandra! I do have a couple of question though:
1) The page you directed me to for downloading the professional version does not seem to be normally available, or accessible from the spybot site. Should I keep the email so I can access it if i have to reinstall spybot in the future again?

2) The Professional version thru the spybot site must be paid for first, which i would not want to pay for it again. Is there anyway to download the professional version thru the website without paying first?

3) can you access your license thru the website? or only thru the URL provided in the email?

Hello,

1. I would recommend to keep the e-mail, otherwise you can always ask us for your license. ;)

2. & 3. The Professional Version can't be downloaded anywhere on the site.
It's a personalized edition for each customer which is e-mailed to the e-mail address which was used for the purchase.
