Need to Get Rid of Pipas.A Please

Have tried Spy-Bot, Ad-Aware,CounterSpy,F,Secure, Etc, Etc followed Geek Info and it keeps coming back like a Bad Penny. What Should I do now. System runs slow and this darn thing is costing me time and money.
