New and could use some help please

Hi All,

This is my first time here and I'm already posting, not like me at all. LOL

I recently tried to update Spybot but something happened and it didn't work. Well now I keep getting the message saying that there are no new updates, but I never got the one's it said I needed before the error, could someone be so kind as to help me out with this? I'm trying but I am not yet a computer-wise person.

Here is the direct download link: http://www.spybotupdates.com/updates/files/spybotsd_includes.exe
Just download and run that file - it is self-installing.

Hello Sandra,

I was able to update and all went fine, except it seems like my computer is running extremely slow now. Does that make sense? Could it be that my Norton and Spybot are butting heads? Sorry for all the "new kid" questions but that's me for sure.
