New hard drive

I installed a new hard drive and spybot is saying it sees 2 users and wants to pull my Spybot home I just purchased before I gave up on my old hard drive. Is there a way to solve the issue?
 
Does this mean I have to buy a new version again? Cause it keeps saying every time I turn on I am in violation of agreement. I get the feeling I am not getting full protections.
