We have a small network (50+) users and today 8 of them reported that their favorites have disappeared. When checking the old reports from Spybot (dated 5/22/06) I found that S&D reported the IE cookies and benchmarks as PROBLEMS and FIXED them. The other users do not seem to be effected.
Does anyone know what caused this problem? How do I prevent this from reoccurring?
