new spybot

I ran a full scan with the new spybot and I got quite a long list of things. Problem is - I don't know what to have spybot fix. The old version told me what was bat and I just clicked on the fix button. How do I determine what needs to be fixed with this new version?

If you click on an item found after the scan,it will tell you a little more about it on the lower left side of Spybot,and a link is usually included to search the forum.
