newbie needs help..

keep getting pop ups got something on my computer that i thinkk is called think-adz or something to that affect. can spybot s&d help on this problem its pretty bad on the pop ups never had pop ups this bad and can';t seem to remove it.

You will run an on-line anti virus scanner, Spybot-S&D in safe mode; and get a HJT log for the helpers to analyse.
