Newbie unable to complete updates

Hi,
Ive just joined and hoping for some advice if i may ask.
I update each time i use SPYBOT but i have noticed a message More than 8 days since last update ?

So i click on it and see trying to retrieve update followed by unable to retrieve update.
There is also a message which shows An error occured during Antispyware Updates,then some numbers like 00.18.103 00.18.105 etc etc

Please advise how i can fix this so im updated or how would i be able to show you some kind of log.
I have attached 2 screenshots hoping that may assist you.

Have you tried again, often that error resolves.

Hi,
I have download the files and installed them to the spybot folder the other day.
I still have the same issue.
I also see it shows signatures not updated in 685 days
