No admin ACL

Hi All

I have completed the registry backup..I have run FRST64 and have both files requested. However when I ran aswMBR I got a total CTD.

Please advise what to do next.

That is not an infection, how is the computer running?

I just did a clean install of 10 and for now is running fine.

This whole thing started with Google support. I called in with some account problems and ended up with some scam outfit in who knows. Before I could stop them, working where I could not see they loaded me up with a bunch of crap in all my Google accounts, gmail, photos videos Youtube. They got it all messed up. Then did all this....network

Block all unauthorized access

I guess I will just have to continue on for a few days and see If I can get some help from a ."Real" Google tech.

Ouch.

There are many scammer outfits claiming to be support for well known companies, they ask for remote access to a person's computer.

Down the road, if this is a personal computer giving symptoms of infection, one of our volunteer analysts can take a look at the system. Just let me know.
