No administrator rights

Most of my problems couldn't be fixed as it stated I didn't have administrator rights even though I ran it as an administrator. Also it said "cannot create file "C:\Windows\wininit.ini". I need to get rid of some problems. Can anyone help?

Yeah I'm also having the same problem. Seems to be a plethora of malware and such on my pc.

Please see how to produce a HJT log. "BEFORE you POST"(READ this Procedure BEFORE Requesting Assistance)

Then start your own thread in the Malware Removal Forum where a volunteer analyst will advise you when available.
If HJT won't run run please start a topic anyway, make note of the situation and wait for a response.
