Norton Anti-Virus & Tea Timer

We have just started using Norton Anti-Virus Version states 16.5.0.134 along with Spybot S&D version 1.6 and the Nortons is not allowing tea timer to create a registry entry and blocks the action. Is this something that I need to be concerned about? If so, how to I allow the action in the Nortons? Couldnt find anything in Nortons.
I did find and unchecked the box to allow for Spybot Keystroke Log(I believe is what it was)

well, don't you think that you should ask Symantec because of your problem?
