not sure what to do with found rootkit

I did a rootkit scan and found these unknow ADS. What do you advise to do. All three are files one Object is TEMP and the other two relate to Kaspersky. Thank you.

The complete file path would help.

Visible in the RootAlyzer log.
C:\ProgramData\Spybot - Search & Destroy\Logs
