Not sure where to start

Hi experts. I'm in trouble. Not sure where to start. I've been reading the logs and it looks like I should download HJT first but I dont want to screw up the process and make the experts working for free have to work harder. Please let me know where to start. I have run SD and it looks like I have virtumonde.
