nSecure, failure to remove!

I've been having serious problems with this virus / spyware / worm, Whatever it is, it's pissing me off.

I installed a new Firewall, Agnitum Outpost Firewall, and set it to block all network traffic for the offending virus processes (Zmon.exe, nSecure.exe & oddly enough, ipconfig.exe")

I downloaded PsTools, and ran PsList -t, and found that nSecure.exe has been spawning *hundreds* of ipconfig.exe processes. They are hogging all of my memory

I tried running PsKill -t nSecure.exe, it says it killed tons of processes tree'ing off from nSecure.exe .... but shortly after, nSecure pops up again, and continues generating lots of ipconfig.exe's.

I ran spybot S&D, but it did not find, hence no removal of nSecure.

I tried to manually remove some files I thought were associated with the problem, but alas to no avail. I couldn't even find any files named, "nSecure".

So anyways, any help on this frustrating topic would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

*Edit - Let me also note, before I downloaded the firewall and blocked the connections on the worm, I had *EXTREME* latency issues, my download speeds were 1/4 of what they normally are. I'm assuming the worm was hogging bandwidth on my network somehow, but I seem to have fixed the problem by blocking it and my latency is fine currently.
