Numerous Download failures

Hi Juliet, Can you tell me why some updates are not downloading? I am a recent new member. I have tried numerous times. Thank you.

Hello, I became a member about a week ago. I am having increasing problems. I have sent Spybot its requests and still no answer. This is taking a lot of time. Please advise as I need to have this corrected ASAP. Thank you.
