Need User Feedback: nvidia and smitfraud

I found this with my last scan. The scan the day before picked up nothing. I did just update my nvidia drivers earlier today and used driver sweeper to wipe out the old files first. Scans from other applications have thus far detected nothing.

OS: Vista 64 Ultimate SP1
Browser: Firefox 3.0.10
Spybot: 1.6.2.46 5/6/2009
