oinadserver got me too

I've seen other similar threads on this and other websites, but they usually say not to use those instructions to remove the OINADSERVER pop-ups because it may be CPU specific.

How can I get rid of these annoying pop-ups? I uninstalled the Outerinfo program that was on my pc, but the ads still pop up.

If you can find the file/s, please zip and send to: detections(AT)spybot.info (Replace AT with @)
If you cannot, please don't concern yourself.
