I have run MSSE and S&D2 and S&D2 keeps finding one thing after another, however MSSE isn't finding anything. i have also tried Microsoft Malware Removal Tool (x64) and have yet to find anything either.

Acer Aspire 5733Z-4851, windows 7 (UTD) with Microsoft Security Essentials (UTD) and S&D2 (UTD). Any help would be much appreciated.
