omg some1 help me!worst virus ever

hey yall,so i was using limewire to grab some wallpaper,and the one i downloaded to my desktop came up as a porn pic,well me being a man(especially by the description of the pic) of course i opened it up,i was greeted by a blank page and now i cant delete it,move it,edit it,nothing!i ran all antivirus and get this i even reformatted (destructive) mode and ITS STILL THERE?umm has this happened to sony1 else and what can i do about it,i just cant understand if i reformatted how its still there,thnx in advance :)

ok i know i just posted a bit ago but i made a log if some1 could please take a look,a summary of my last post was i downloaded wallpaper off limewire,what i downloaded tho was a porn pic of some kind with a nasty description,after trying every anti virus programs and even reformatting its still here amazingly,any1 know what i should do,thnx! :)
