open ports HELP PLEASE

Hello and thanks so very much for your future help.

I have run spybot s&d many times now and it doesn't seem to be abe to get rid of this one item: Microsoft.windows.security.firewallopenports Even after I choose 'fix selected problems' and 'immunize' and run spybot again, it shows up again as if I never fixed it.

I read a similar thread on this topic but it didn't help me. Does anyone know how I can remove this for good?
