Opera blocking cookies are not loading

Any ideas on how to fix this issue in version 1.5?
Note the protected list is 0 at the bottom which makes up for the 146 entries missing at the top right where protected and total is.

Yes I seen that post.
That only worked one time on another list that wouldn't load and won't work on this one. :=(
