Since running a search and destroy scan on 28/01/2011 I can no long receive incoming emails in Outlook Express. Does anyone know if the scan could have affected this? Thanks
Please describe what is wrong exactly with Microsoft Outlook.
Which version are you using?
As far as I know, the scan does not affect the system applications/settings; a scan is a scan.
Have you made sure your Internet connection was working?
What kind of error was Outlook displaying, if any?
