Over-write

My neighbor has Win98se and has been using Spybot 1.60. If she wants to install 1.62, will it over-write 1.60? Or does she have to uninstall 1.60 first and then install 1.62?

I would suggest that you uninstall your current version before upgrading (if you are installing via the .exe installer) but if you have recieved the upgrade prompt via the integrated updater (Spybot) you don't have to uninstall. Just let the updater do it's thing.
