Overkill?

Just installed Spybot Search and Destroy on top of

Comodo FireWall Pro (firewall)
DriveSentry (file and registry protector)
VirusScan Enterprise (av)
and
System Safety Monitor (HIPS)
AdMuncher (ad/banner killer for IE/Opera/FF)

No problems so far.
They all seem to work in harmony with each other.
