PC Logs off instantly on Log on

Thanks a bunch, Blade! All has been performed, and my PC is running certainly much better than it was a week ago. I did check my internet options and all is already set as you advise. Also, I checked and there are no critical updates currently available for my Windows (I get them automatically anyway).

Again, many thanks for all of your help. It is very much appreciated!
